EasyOilDelivery is operated by BFO Fuel. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
To take and deliver your order we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and tank details, along with your order details and any delivery notes. If you create an account, we also keep your sign-in details and saved addresses.
Card details
You enter your card number in a secure payment form run by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to price and place your order, charge your card, arrange delivery with the local heating oil company that delivers it, send order emails, answer your questions, and prevent fraud. We share only what the delivering company and our payment processor need to do their part. We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart and sign-in working. We also use analytics to see how the site is used so we can improve it. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.
Keeping your information
We keep order records for as long as we need them to run our business, handle refunds and follow the law.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, email [email protected]. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it. Order emails about an order you placed will still be sent.
