Who we are
EasyOilDelivery is operated by BFO Fuel. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Ordering
You tell us your ZIP, how many gallons you want, your delivery day, your tank details and your delivery address. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the address is outside our delivery area, the delivery day is no longer open, or we can't check your information. If we cancel, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.
Price and tax
Your price per gallon depends on how much you order, and delivery is included. The price and any sales tax are shown before you pay. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay for that order, except as described under Refunds if less oil fits.
Payment
We take card payments only. Your card is charged in full at checkout. We don't take cash or checks.
Delivery
Delivered on the next available delivery day. You pick from the open delivery days for your ZIP when you order. We don't offer same-day or emergency delivery. Weather, road conditions and supply can affect timing.
Delivery access
Make sure the driver can reach your fill pipe. Unlock gates and keep the path clear. If a gate is locked or the fill is inside, tell us in the delivery notes or we may not be able to deliver. You confirm that your tank, fill and vent pipes and oil lines are in good working order. We aren't responsible for damage from a faulty or poorly kept tank or piping.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change an order before it is dispatched for delivery. Once it is dispatched, it can't be cancelled or changed. To cancel or change an order, email [email protected] with your order number as early as you can.
Refunds
If less oil fits than you paid for, we refund the gallons that didn't fit at the price you paid. One exception: if an order of 100 gallons or more ends up under 90 gallons, the oil delivered is charged at our 50–99 gallon price.
Limits on our liability
Except where the law says otherwise, we provide our service as is and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits a right you have under the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Before starting any formal dispute, please email [email protected] so we can try to sort it out.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The updated version is posted on this page with a new date.
